1. Take it from another Aussie who comes to the US a lot. Go to a Walgreens and buy a big jar of Melatonin. Take one every night when you go to bed, three nights before you fly. Take one on the plane. Take one for three nights after you land. No jetlag. I flew my whole family over in Jan, and not one of us had any trouble. Best part, because it’s natural, and won’t make any drug company a fortune, it’s not FDA approved, so it’s actually really cheap.

    BTW…Is Walgreens a Vegetarian Walmart?
